John Mayer

Thursday night I went to the John Mayer concert and let me tell you he was wonderful. John Fucking Mayer I CAN'T STOP haha is such a good singer and guitarist. I love him. Some people weren't that happy with it because he didn't plat a few of his "number ones" like daughters and your body is a wonderland. And yes it would of been great to hear those songs but he is such a great entertainer that I didn't even mind him not playing those songs. and lets be honest he isn't bad to look at. Actually he's pretty hot. But he did play great songs and if you like John Mayer and not just his radio songs then you would of been completely happy with the performance. I have now knocked off a few people I want to see in concert. Later this summer i'm going to Brad Paisley. I am sick that i wont be attending Phillip Phillips concert in Florence tomorrow. I love him so much!!! I have a long list but my top ones are Eric Church, Phillip Phillips, Kipp More, Justin Timberlake, Band of Horses, , the Lumineers, Eminem, and Jason Aldean!! ha Random I know.

Tonight we are celebrating my friend, Kayla, because she passed her BAR exam!! 

So tonight we will have good food and GOOOOOD drinks!!

I also got a few highlights in my hair today.... If you know me you know this is weird because I NEVER go light I only go dark but I really like it!

Weekend

Thursday was Jami's birthday! We all went to Chucks then went for a few drinks. I love celebrating birthday's and getting to spend time with friends!!

Saturday we did yard work, planted bushes and trees in our front yard. It turned into an all day affair. Dr. Browne and mom taught us so much about how to plant things on our own. Hopefully next time we do this we can do it on our own.... doubtful. 

Before and After

Dr. Browne had to go to Birmingham Saturday night and Sunday so mom came back over and we grilled out on our new  old grill. It was soo good! A perfect way to start off my 7 day cleanse. More on that later.

Sunday we worked in the backyard a little and got a game plan of what we want to do back there. Then we went fishing!! Finally after not going all year I get to go.... and of course I'm the only one who didn't catch anything!

After fishing we went home and got ready to go see a movie. Olympus Has Fallen.... and let me tell you it is one of the best movies I have seen in a long time. The action kept you on the edge of your seat the whole time. and it has Gerald Butler as the main character so you get to watch him kick ass the whole time! I recommend everyone to go see it!

Now about my cleanse.... It's a seven day cleanse. I am currently on day 3, which is hard. The first day we could have only fruit, second day only Veggies, and now the third we can have fruit and veggies.... I am dreading tomorrow and all I want right now is a cookie. BUT I'm going to stay strong and get all the way through this... i hope.

Release party

Yesterday one of my best friends released her FIRST NOVEL! "Someone I used to know"  So last night we had a surprise release party for her!! Typical Kylee fashion she tried to ruin it by inviting everyone to dinner but we still managed to pull it off! We had a great time celebrating her and her new book!! My next post will be about the book and how and where to get it! Here are a few picture from last night!

March Madness

March has been such a BUSY month for my roommate and I. We have went to St. Louis ( stopped in Memphis there and back to visit our friend Sandy, Baby Hayden, and Chad), went to Nashville, and to the Beach! WOO!

We had a BLAST in St. Louis. I have never been but Jami has family there so she has been a few times. We stayed with her Aunt and cousins. We got to see her cousin dance, which she is AMAZING AT!! We also went to the Arch and went shopping! I loved it and NEED to go back!! We drove so on the way there and back we stayed the night in Memphis and visited Sandy! I could live in Memphis. Who wants to go with me??

We went to Nashville to visit Kylee St. Patty's Day weekend. We. Had. A. Lot. Of. Fun.

One of my BEST friends since 9th Grade had her second baby this month! This is Kate!! She is perfect! I love her so much already!!

This is our one group picture from the beach... missing Kylee. We had such a good time. The trip was wayy too short and I wish I was still there!! OH AND DON'T DRINK A BUSHWACKER!!!! our friend Wes works at Flora-Bama and he told us each drink is 1000 calories! SO I REPEAT DON'T DRINK THEM!! 

Since my title is March Madness I will mention basketball... It is my favorite sport and I always do a bracket. this year I was being a true fan and put North Carolina going to the final four. Needless to say is screwed my bracket up BIG TIME!!! Also if you haven't seen the replay of the Louisville player that broke his leg YOU NEED TO! I feel for Kevin Ware so much but Thank goodness Duke FINALLY LOST! Click here to watch it!

As much fun as I had during all these activities I hope April isn't nearly as busy!!
