Happy Thursday!!! Here are a few things that made me happy today!

Colorado... I wish I could visit, only for a week though because y'all know I don't deal with cold that good... but I love a good ice skating rink, coffee, and a fire. So I could do a week here. and I have always wanted to learn to snowboard.

How I feel most days about A LOT of people... just a little water balloon on someone would make everyone happier. 

Dream house. Its so cute and I could sit outside on the porch and read a book. 

I always said all I need is a good bathroom and I would be a happy camper. I have added a few things since then but still a huge bathroom is all I need.

I love books!

Thanksgiving

I had a GREAT Thanksgiving! It went by way too fast but it was still a lot of fun. I got to spend time with lots of friends old and new and had a total of 4 thanksgivings to eat at. By Thursday night I was full to the max.

My favorite Thanksgiving was Tuesday night over at Kortney and Jareds. We all brought food and just hung out and ate. This wasn't your typical Thanksgiving it was an airing of grievances one and I was a nervous wreck all day thinking someone was going to say something mean about me... but I dodged a bullet while others weren't as lucky....

As most of y'all know Alabama might ( if we beat Georgia) go to the National Championship and play Notre Dame. Little do y'all know Half of my family are Notre Dame fans. Like die hard crazy ones.. weird I know. Well at thanksgiving we all had to wear our team shirts for a house divided picture. Ha it was pretty funny. But my grandmother wasn't the happiest that all the grand kids were Alabama fans.

I didn't participate in Black Friday this year... It would have just been way to much for me. I don't like people touching me so being in line with hundreds of people isn't really my cup of tea.

This weekend was also the Iron Bowl and a few of my friends from Florence came and I got to spend time with them. I finally stopped being lame and went to tailgate and went to the game. Our friend Kylee got me and Jami 4th quarter passes and we went to the box during 4th quarter.

To finish off the week we had some of Jami's friends over last night and cooked our favorite meal Baked Spaghetti. It was a hit like it always is. If you have never made it before you should. Here is the recipe.

All in all it was a great week with great friends.

Shopping

I am on top of this blogging thing here lately!

So I got lots of money for my birthday I was going to use it to go to Miami but I decided to wait and go later so now I have all this on line shopping to do.... well folks I found a new store that I'm obsessed with! It's called Sheinside I love it. I bought 4 sweaters from it yesterday. I am obsessed with all of them and they weren't expensive. I try and look around and get the best deals I can on clothes and such and when I stumbled across this website I was in love... and I stumbled across it from PINTEREST! yes they do have some pricey things but they are worth the price! I found a sweater that I have been looking for EVERYWHERE! I can't wait till they come in and I can wear them!!

Birthday celebration

My Birthday was WONDERFUL! I have the best friends and family anyone could ever ask for. I actually love being 25 , the whole day and a half that I've been 25 ha but I still love it. Here are some pictures from all my birthday celebrations this week!!

I woke up yesterday morning and my wonderful roommate, Jami, decorated my room and bathroom and kitchen!! I love her oh so much!

Kristy and Jami got me these two little birthday presents! I love the earrings and CAN NOT WAIT TO SPEND THE GIFT CARD!

We had my family birthday dinner Sunday and had one of my favorite meals baked spaghetti! It was me mom, Dr Browne, Jami, sister, Mark, Hannah and my new friend Scarlet who is just like Chelsea Handler. ha We had fun and got to spend wonderful family time talking and laughing!

We went to Outback Tuesday night to eat with my Granny!

If you know me you know I love CARDS!! These were 3 of the cards I got from my sweet friends!

These were presents from my mom!! They were wonderful I am very very spoiled!!

When I got to work yesterday these were sitting on my desk! I love my boss, Twila, so much! She also got me a chocolate cake with chocolate icing!! It was AMAZING! I can't wait to start crafting with my burlap!

Yesterday we went to Taco Casa ( another one of my favorites) for lunch! It was me, mom, Hannah and Jami! I seriously love them so much!

I had the best dinner last night with all of my friends! ( minus Mary, Lindsay, Sandy and baby Hayden and Josh- they live to far away to come visit me!) but everyone else was there and we had a great time! We went to Pepito's for margarita's and it was wonderful! Some of my friends from Birmingham even drove down to have dinner with me!

I am truly blessed to call all these people my friends!! They are all amazing people! I really had one of the best birthday's ever! I can't wait to see what the year holds for me! God has truly blessed me and I am in awe of all the wonderful things he does daily! Thank you to all the people who helped me celebrate my birthday and thanks for all the sweet text and calls! I love all my friends so much and couldn't ask for better ones!

mid to late 20's

Well kids... It's official. I am TWENTY-FIVE!

I know this is crazy and I have had a little trouble coming to terms with it. But i am accepting it and I'm kind of excited about it. It is still weird that I have been alive on this world for 25 years but hey at least its been an AWESOME 25 years.

Here's a few random things that I learned today...

Emma Stone is 24 and is my favorite actress.and Andrew is 29. I just love them.Who wouldn't love Emma Stone she is funny and she is dating Andrew and has been in 2 movies with Ryan Gosling.

Dirty Dancing came out in 1987 the year I was born!

Garrett Hudlund is my favorite actor and I wish he would sing me happy birthday! He is also 28... only 3 years older... I think I still have a chance?

I wish I looked like Mila. She is 29. I hope I look like that when I am 29 ( I know its not possible)

Princess Bride also came out in 1987. 

Ed Westwick is 25 people. WE ARE THE SAME AGE!

Happy nothings

Hello again! see I told you I would blog again soon! 

The title of my blog has to do with two things first happys, if you know me then you know I love happys and I LOVE getting my friends happys. I recently got Jami, sandy and myself a sweater koozie. ha They just looked so fun I couldn't resist. Second I recently read Perks of being a Wallflower and one of the main charters in the book was called Nothing, his real name Patrick but some of the mean kids came up with this nickname for him. The nickname has just stuck with me ever since and today I thought of the perfect way to use it. I just loved the title happy nothings because to me little nothings are what make me the happiest.

Things I love happys, our front door wreath, coffee and my coffee mug from Jami, and our little blessings Thanksgiving sign! 

Back to the book... I recommend everyone to read this book. It is written in a letter form where the main character, Charlie, is writing to someone who he calls "friend". We never know who this "friend" is but to me that is one of my favorite parts of the book because he is being brutally honest in his writing. But the book isn't your typical teenage love story it is very deep coming of age story about an awkward kid, no its not written about me, getting friends and learning to live his own life and experience thing. It gets very deep and you don't see what happens coming, which is great. I read the book because I saw the trailer for the movie and if you know me you know that I have to read the book before I see the movie. And well I recommend both of them. The movie has great acting and I love ALL the people they cast for the part.   

                                         

                                            

They really had such an amazing cast! I have always been a fan of Emma Watson ( She played Sam, one of the main characters), Nina Dobrev ( she was Candace, Charlie's sister), Paul Rudd ( he was Mr. Anderson, the teacher), and Mae Whitman ( was Mary Elizabeth, one of Charlie's friends) but Logan Lerman who was Charlie I had never seen before and I fell in love with him. He is very talented and I will be going to see more movies he is in. So go see the movie and read the book you wont regret it!

I have recently decided , as in today, to start couponing! I have never done it before but today I was bored at work and just looking around and I found two coupons for coffee. Coffee is so expensive but I AM ADDICTED! So I now have a $1.50 off and a $3.00 off Keurig coffee.GO ME!

My friend Kayla found this little gem on pinterest yesterday. It fits me to a T! I always go home and once I'm there if anyone asks me to do something I'll probably fib and say I'm busy because I already have my PJ's on and I'm watching one of my many shows! Sorry! oh and click on Kayla's name to go to her blog! It is one of my favorites!

I turn 25 in 6 days and I'm not ready to really put on my big girl panties. I am a child at heart and I never want to grow up!!!

Lifey

Long time no blog but I'm back! Lots of things have changed in the last year and I am loving everything God is doing for me! Here is a little catch up.... Pictures at the end.

I moved out and now live with one of my best friends Jami
We live in a little 3 bedroom house that we love love love!!

I've had lots of friends get married this summer and having babies!! My friends Kortney and Jared had a beautiful wedding this summer! and Lots of my friends from Florence also! They were all WONDERFUL!

Then I was in one of my best friends Anna's wedding last month! It was beautiful and Mexican themed ( which I loved!)

Another one of my best friends had a baby last month! Hayden! He is perfect! We had a baby shower for her this summer and I got to meet his precious self last night!

Some of my other friends had beautiful weddings also!

I got a new job about 2 In a half moths ago! I am now a real estate managers I work with West Alabama Insured Titles and do real estate closings! I love every minute of it! Especially my boss Twila!

I have been a concert junkie lately! I have seen Luke Bryant, Alan Jackson, Kelly Clarkson, the fray, gotye, Kipp Moore and my favorite whiskey river band ( I know they aren't a real band but I love them all the same)

And lastly our family just got home from a wonderful trip to the Bahamas! We stayed at Atlantis! It was a once in a lifetime trip and it was wonderful! We are so blessed to be able to spend a week together in such an amazing place!
